In this paper, we propose the development of a mini-microbial incubator for the construction of a high-concentration complex microorganism database. The proposed study designs the material, water level sensor, and temperature sensor of the incubator that will be applied to the actual microbial incubator to manufacture a mini microbial incubator. By configuring a control system for a mini microbial incubator for data mining, the operation is controlled to collect samples and establish a database. The constructed database is later used to predict the desired pH concentration and the number of high-concentration complex microbial cells by figuring out the correlation between data through machine learning techniques. Through this, it is possible to solve the problem of discarding the high-concentration complex microorganisms that have been erroneously cultured, and it is possible to supply them to the market at a low price.
