This study focused on the hybrids of silica (or Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane (POSS)) based on inorganic nanoparticles and UV curable organic materials. We successfully synthesized silica nanoparticles and POSS synthesis & their surface modification with acrylate and thiol. It was found that the key parameters related to these silica nanoparticles diameter. Also, we designed and synthesized UV-curable polyurethane acrylates (PUAs) using some chemicals of poly tetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG), Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), and biomass-derived isosorbide (ISB).
