In this study, by using Core search among the COSI models presented in the systematic review, major keywords were restricted to social commuting relationship (LMX-TMX), sports, athletics, and athletes, and searched in RISS, KISS, and the National Assembly Library. The necessity of follow-up research is suggested after reviewing and considering previous studies. First, when analyzing preceding studies related to social commuting relationships in the sports field, 23 studies targeting elite athletes and 20 studies targeting leaders or workers of sports centers were 43 in total. Second, many previous studies have been conducted on strange people with relationships of trust, emotional support, ethical behavior, productivity, satisfaction, perception, and emotional (+) influence that correspond to the quality of social interaction relationships. It was found that most of the studies analyzed the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, team performance, emotion, and organizational citizenship behavior.
