The development of a new emerging noble metal free based catalyst and active bi-functional catalyst for hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution in both alkaline and acidic media is highly demanded. Herein, synergetic effect developed between two metal oxide nanostructure mixture Ni₃V₂O<SUB>8</SUB>-N-rGO-CoPc are described, with the result demonstrating that composite has promising catalyst for OER (Oxygen evolution reaction) and HER (Hydrogen evolution reaction).
