Human beings are facing 'The Era of Post-Genome' since the decode of Human Genome is declared on June 26, 2000. The rapid development of biotechnology brings the hope to human beings about the prevention and cure of illness, and the preparation of food and resource. So there is no problem to call 21st century as 'The Epoch of Biotechnology' But materialistic reductionism and mechanistic determinism of modern science shadows the Human Genetic Engineering. Biological reductionism and DNA determinism make lots of ethical problems. Science can not be given up for the welfare of human society and it must be the opportunity for the improvement of human society. But in the other hand, it is true that science includes the danger that will bring unexpected disaster to the human beings and the nature. This study purposes the advantage and disadvantage of biotechnology. Then it will criticize the eugenics motivation in the view of sociobiology after criticizing the view of world, life, and human of biology based on metaphysics. Based on this ethical evaluation, this study will suggest christian ethical alternative and task with considering the meaning of 'The Whole Body' in the Era of Post-Genome.
