The purpose of this study is to examine the methods of selecting and presenting grammatical forms that needed to be presented in Korean textbooks. For this, I analyzed the way of presenting grammatical forms related to '-deo(더)-' in the Korean textbooks and Korean learning dictionaries. And as following steps, I selected the grammatical forms that needed to be presented in Korean textbooks. 1)I selected the grammatical forms in the Korean learning materials such as Korean textbooks and Korean learning dictionaries for foreigners. 2)In the order of frequency of use, I selected some grammatical forms. 3) Among the selected grammatical forms, focusing on '-deoni(더니)', I examined the way of presenting this grammatical form. This study would be meaningful in providing basic data that could develop Korean grammar textbooks based on the principles of selection and suggestion of grammatical forms. (Hongik University)
