As citizens' needs and desires about beautiful and clean environment have grown recently, the importance of green land in a park is growing more and more. But today the parks doesn't meet citizens' various needs, especially for a rest, and we need to make our parks to be focused on our zone of life in reality. Under this conditions, this research was based on Ansan city which was famous for a planned city. Above all after investigating the preference about Ansan citizens' use of a park, we wanted to provide essential source for you to find how to make green land in a park based on citizens. Second, we referred to the note about the policy of greenland in the developed countries like Tokyo, Japan, London, England, New York, United States, Paris, France. Third, we considered the type of theme park needed for citizens according to preference about use of a park. Fourth, we wanted to describe how to improve the previous city park by focusing on modified law of city parks.To improve the previous city park: 1. Designations and arrangements about the theme parks across the country. 2. Expanding our greenland in our cities with citizens' participation. 3. Planning to make parks and greenlands. 4. Planning for a policy of a city park Planning to arrange and improve our previous park in this research should be performed consistently even in the future by performing that plans systematically and specifically.
