Recently, the investment about the reconstruction is increasing greatly according to the improvement of the life condition in domestic construction industry and the scale of the construction is growing bigger gradually in a society environment to change. Due to the activation of the reconstruction the importance of a midtown demolition work is increasing gradually. The demolition work have been recognized as quite small part of the construction industry until 1980. The cost of the demolition work related with a expansion construction is ignored and the demolition equipment was backward. However, because of the deterioration of the building and economic value loss of the building the necessity of the demolition work is enlarging after 1960. This study presents problems and improvement plans of demolition work in domestic construction.
