The purpose of this study is to analyze the consciousness of the future elderly and the intension of moving into a silver town and find out the influence factors which impact on it for the middle age in Busan.With this purpose in mind, 700 questionnaire living in Busan were examined and made use of 688 questionnaire. The methods of analysis were Chisquare test, Pearson`s product moment correlation and Quantification theory Ⅱ. The results are as follows ; 1)There are many of the questionnaire suffering relatively poor economical condition and feeling concern about health and economy and not considering living together with their family ; especially children. 2) Many of them are saving for the future elderly, but that cannot be said sufficient . 3) Many of them are suspending judgement on moving into silver town in the future elderly. And the housing type, family organization, the economic condition are found out as the important influence factors on it. From the above-mentioned, it is indicated that we should expand more the health care and welfare facilities for the future elderly linving in city and have to predict more accurate demand level of silver town through investigation
