Recently, a risk management in the construction project is getting more important. But the field application cases of risk management and its performance level that have been worked in the construction field are so rare and poor. The purpose of this study is to draw basic information about construction supervisors' and workers' Consciousness in order to develop an effective safety management system in construction site: The study has been performed by a questionnaire survey in Taegu and Gyeongbuk province. The result of this study are as follows:1. supervisors and workers agreed that existing safety inspection is investigated as very necessary to workers.2. most of works have dissatisfaction about leadership of supervisors as well as performance and quality of safety protectors. 3. the most of employee must be changed experience education of participation from now on
