Recently, There is a high interest in reducing logistics cost. As the an alternative for this, a number of logistics companies are concerned about the introduction of TMS. But in case of small companies, they have not high understand about TMS. While most logistics companies have interest on reducing logistics cost, it is true that the fixing method has low actuality. In this paper, we will raise the understanding of TMS for small logistics companies and develop more actual method for fixing the logistics cost and inquire into the effect of TMS.
