In this study, Purpose of research were presenting foundational data in order to promote cultural wellbeing state of rural area Schoolers. For this purpose. This study investigate cultural wellbeing state of rural area Schoolers than inquire their satisfaction and needs. Participants are middle-school freshman and sophomore, general high-school and vocational high-school freshman and sophomore in rural area. Survey consist 144 items and total volume of reply is 575. The subjects of this study are as followed. 1. How's cultural wellbeing state of rural area Schoolers and there are any difference by Sex and school-class? 2. How's cultural wellbeing satisfaction of rural area Schoolers and there are any difference by sex and school-class? 3. What's cultural wellbeing needs of rural area Schoolers and there are any difference by Sex and school-class? The results of this study are as followed. To promote cultural wellbeing state of rural area Schoolers we should get rid of these limits. First, Lack of a time Which students can use in cultural activity. Second, Lack of cultural facility(as infrastructure) where students enjoy their cultural activity. Third, Lack of relevant cultural wellbeing program for rural area Schoolers needs.
