The purposes of this study were to develop a school adaptation program for the adolescent school violence and to examine effectiveness of school adaptation program. The program was composed of 8 sessions and delivered to 28 girls and boy under taking the psychological and behavioral problems at two middle schools. To evaluate the effectiveness of school adaptation, pre-post test was conducted by the paired t-test for the quantitative study and by in-depth individual interview for the qualitative study. From the statistical analysis, results were as followings: The school adaptation program showed the significant effectiveness in the areas of students' school life related to friendship and studying, psychological and behavioral adaptation, and improving the coping skill of the stress and problematic situation. Frequencies of school violence experiences were significantly reduced while students participated in the program. The implications were also discussed.
