The purpose of this study is to present a practical idea that the coach education at the school athletic team should aim at in the future while recalling the functional approach of coach education at the school athletic team in the meantime. For this, the study has analyzed diverse related bibliographies and has performed deep interviews with related experts. The research results have argued (A) establishment of periodic, systemized coaching education plans in a city education office dimension and preparation of mandatory participation provisions of all school coaches (B) systematization and programming of coach education contents being currently implemented, (C) avoiding uniform education contents in which all items become objects, and (D) improvement of relationships for the contents and objects of coach education plans at the school athletic team, and have presented the re-recognition of coach roles as an education export and the overcoming of victory for victory's sake in school elite sports, as an assignment to overcome for preparing a foundation of practice.
