This study is to develop psychological skill training program for female weight lifters. The subjects for this study were six female weight lifters from Korea National Team. Targeting training, relaxing training, and mental image training will be used systematically as a main primary factors for psychological skill training program. Firstly, after the psychological program, seven lower elements from ACSI-28 went higher than before. And the seven lower elements are including awaking control, crisis escape, concentration, confidence and motivation on accomplishment. Especially, level in confidence and motivation on accomplishment were similar to each other (p˂.05). Secondly, after psychological skill program, six subjects wrote up ACSI-28 questionnaires regarding on those seven lower elements and three subjects came out clear with participating on psychological skill program. But other three subjects were unclear whether they were going on right track. However, in future they seemed like they are very much positive with participating in psychological skill program. Furthermore, to make sure this kind of psychological skill program is effective, more players should be tested and verify whether its positive or not. Also, getting feedback on psychological skill programs is necessity. Not only helps psychologically but also need to verify whether this kind of programs will be helpful in game situation. For the perfection of the program, more research and study are needed to maintain the program affirmative. The main target would be generalizing psychological skill programs, which combines skill training and psychological training, will overcome one´s weaknesses.
