The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Satisfaction and Participation Motive of Leisure Activity. This study adapted and modified leisure participation motivation factors of several previous research and validated research instruments to make the hypotheses. The data obstained from the questionnaires for statistical analysis with Spss 12.0 program, this contains analysis of reliability test, factor analysis, variance and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: participation motives of leisure activity have influence upon satisfaction and satisfaction levels have influence re-participation intention. Therefore, leisure planners and marketers tries to develop the leisure activites' satisfaction. This study propose to provide the useful information and suggests concerning the resultant meaning of developing leisure product.
