The purpose of the study was to investigate the relevance between relationship style of athletes-coaches and perception of training among the athletes by firstly verifying a pattern of human relation between college wrestling athletes and their coaches, while examining the relevance in perception of training among the athletes in accordance to variable factors. It is also a research intention to explore the relevance between the pattern of human relation in wrestling athletes and coaches, and perception of training among the athletes by identifying the relevance between human relation of wrestling athletes-coaches and perception of training among the athletes. In order to get an appropriate result, descriptive analysis and one-way ANOVA were utilized for relationship pattern of wrestling athletes-coaches and perception of training among the athletes, while standard multiple regression analysis was implemented for an examination of the relationship between relationship style of wrestling athletes-coaches and perception of training.The significant research findings are as follows: in the first place, there was a meaningful difference in the pattern of human relations between wrestling athletes and coaches, and relevance between the human relation of athletes-coaches and perception of training in connection with prize-winning career. In wrestling career, those with more experiences presented higher marks in perception of training; secondly, there was also a significant difference between relationship style of athletes-coaches and perception of training. The correlation between the pattern of human relation in athletes and coaches, and perception of training in a certain degree was very high.
