The result after analyzing the relations between school life adaptation depending on the extracurricular sports activity, and the school life adaptation depending on each sex, was as follows. Firstly, as for school life adaptation depending on the extracurricular sports activity, the group of students participating in the extracurricular sports activity had a higher level of adaptation ability, including adapting to environment, teachers, classes, friends, school life and all others, than the students not participating in the sports activity. Secondly, despite their high level of adaptation abilities in the subordinate areas such as adapting to school life and friends, the students showed a relatively low standard in adapting to the environment, teachers and classes. Thirdly, there was no attentive difference in each grades school life adaptation depending on the extracurricular sports activity. Fourthly, looking at the influence extracurricular sports activity had on school life adaptation depending on different sex, showed male students adapt in a higher level in the subordinate areas of adaptation such as adapting to classes, teachers, school life, and environment, than the female students. In the subordinate areas such as adapting to friends, female students showed a slightly higher level than the male students, but no attentive difference.
