The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the plasma LDH isoenzyme and CPK concentration related variances before and after 12 weeks' regular exercise training for the elderly women who were over 65 years old. The selected subjects were not participated at any exercise program. The exercise program for subjects were stretching, resistance training and aerobic exercise. and these exercise were done 60±10 minutes per day, 2 times per week for 12 weeks. The experiment was proceed; blood analysis and physical strength measurement before and after training. The physical strength measurement were done with grip test, sit-up test, back strength test, 2 minute step test, 2.4m up-and-go test and standing on one leg with open eye test.The results of the tests are as follows: Through analysis LDH isoenzyme, the exercise training does not make significant changes on concentration of LDH₁and LDH₃The cause of training, concentration LDH₂, LDH₄increased at after training than before training(p<.05). The concentration LDH at after training shows higher value than beforetraining(p<.01).The concentration of total LDH at after training shows higher value than before training,but in statically, no significant changes appeared. Result of an analysis, significant increase in concentration of CPK was observed between before and after training(p<.05). The measurement of strength and flexibility test increased at after training than before training (p<.01). Muscle endurance shows higher value at after training than before training(p<.05). Significant higher value appeared in pulmonary endurance at after training than before training(p<.01). Also, in balance test, there was significant changes between before and after training(p<.05), yet there was no signific ant changes in agility test.
