Taekwondo is a national sports of Korea. Taekwondo has adopting fomula competitive game from 2000 Sydney Olympic to 2004 Athens Olympic. There are many researches about Taekwondo skill and ability, but not too many management researches of Taekwondo. The purpose of this study was investigate characters of Elementary school students and service quality of them.For this study, 400 elementary school students who learning Taekwondo were selected with convenience sampling method to completed self-administration questionnaires. 297 questionnaires were used for data analysis.In order to analyze the data, this study used a SPSS for window version 11.5 for statistical analysis. With this data, Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, MANOVA, and scheffe's post hot test.Based on the above research methods and procedures, this study produced the following results.The major findings are characters Elementary school students which influence service quality. There is statically difference on gender, age, period of learning, purpose of learning, and invitation of learning.
