This study is to examine how much the job characteristics of sports center instructors have an effect on their job performance and give a practical contribution or assistance in the operation of sports facilities. In order to achieve this purpose of this study, the subject of this study includes 255 persons who work for the general sports center located in Seoul. Data process is performed both through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis and the conclusions are as follows : Firstly, there is a positive correlation between job characteristics of sports center instructors and job performance. Secondly, among factors of sports center instructors' job characteristics, job feedback and job diversity have a positive effect on job performance.
