This study is to provide the type of CEO's proper leadership in sports center by understanding the relation among desire motive of organizing members, organization culture and organization effectiveness according to the type of CEO‘s leadership in sports center.Through above study procedures, the following conclusions came out.1) On the matter of leader type and organization effectiveness, transactional leadership has highest correlation with productivity, transformational leadership has satisfaction for work, charisma leadership has absorption in organization. satisfaction for work have effect on the leadership of charisma and transactional in order, productivity and absorption in organization have effect on transactional and charisma in order.2) On the matter of organization effectiveness based on leader type and desire motive, transactional leadership has a positive interaction with self-realization, social respect, social position, and physiological desire. transactional leadership has a positive interaction with social respect and desire for stability, charisma leadership has a positive interaction with self-realization, stability and physiological desire.3) In the matter of organization effectiveness based on leadership type and organization culture, transactional leadership has effect on rationalization and has effect on organizing culture of the order of ranks, charisma leadership has effect on all the factor of organizing culture.
