The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of Tiachichuan training on emotion and loneliness present the evidence that well-being program can prevent and delay aging. The subjects of the study consisted of 182 elders (male:87, female:95) over 60 years in Jeonbuk areas. The survey methods of this research are the Subjective Exercise Experiences Scale by McAuley & Courneya (1994) and the UCLA Loneliness Scale by Russel stal (1980). The used statistical methods for the data analysis were M±SD, ANCOVA.The results obtained by the appropriate analytic processes were as follows.1. In Positive well-being, there were higher post-training than pre-training in spouse presence. Likewise, there is no significant gap in gender and family types,2. In Psychological distress, there were lower post-training than pre-training in spouse presence. Likewise, there is no significant gap in gender and family types,3. In Fatigue, there were lower post-training than pre-training in spouse presence. Likewise, there is no significant gap in gender and family types,4. In Loneliness, there were lower post-training than pre-training in spouse presence and family types. Likewise, there is no significant gap in gender,
