The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of muscular strength during whole body vibration training. To measure the effects of isotonic training(push up test), 10 male college students were given isotonic training during whole body vibration. And measure the effect of vibration, heart rate tset when before workout, after workout and 1 minute later workout. The results of muscular strength and heart rate were measured and the differences were evaluated. The results were as follows: 1) In isotonic training, there were no significant differences of push-up test, between the vibration control group and the non-vibration control group. During the test, it showed difference of test result the vibration training group 47.7± 8.31 and non-vibration training group 53.3± 7.87. 2) In isotonic training , there were no significant differences of heart-rate on after workout between the vibration control group and the non-vibration control group. During the test, it showed difference of test result the vibration training group 154.0± 18.43 and non-vibration training group 149.40± 20.87. 3) In isotonic training , there were no significant differences of heart-rate on 1minute later workout between the vibration control group and the non-vibration control group. During the test, it showed difference of test result the vibration training group 106.1±10.39 and non-vibration training group 108.9±12.58.
