This study was undertaken to investigate the difference of COG propulsion according to fin types and to suggest the method of effective fin kick and basic material for fin manufacture in SCUBA activity related with health & rehabilitation. This experimentation was performed in 5m water pool and 3 Dimension analysis was performed with Kwon 3D cinematographic analysis program. The conclusions obtained were as follows; 1. Elapsed time. It was more desirable in full-foot & strap type than others for effective propulsion of COG and more effective to perform powerful fin-kick in the possibly more short time than longer delayed in kick in elapsed time of propulsive phase. 2. Linear velocity. There was the order of jet-pullfoot-strap-spilit type in influence of COG propulsion in forward direction(Y) and more desirable momentum & exercise effect in jet & pullfoot than others. 3. Plantar flexion & angular velocity. There was the order of strap-fullfoot-strap-spilit-jet type in range of foot planter flexion from recovery to propulsive phase generating propulsive power influencing to COG's propulsion in sliding phase. 4. Kinematics to COG's propulsion in fin kick. It was more desirable more short & powerful than longer kick for high propulsive efficiency of COG and Less range of plantar flexion, was negative influence to COG'S propulsion in sliding phase. Powerful plantar flexion led to effectiveness in COG'S propulsion by longer sliding phase.
