The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship among self-leadership, organization citizenship behavior and business performance of the citizenship public sports centers. This research based on the viewpoint like this constructed a hypothetical model by a study on the casual relationship among self-leadership, organization citizenship behavior and business perfor- mancen of workers of the citizenship public sports centers. Subject for this study consisted of the workers which were a total of 150 using purpose sampling method. Of these 150 subject, 138 of these were used as data analysis. The Questionnaires about self-leadership, organization citizenship behavior and business performance are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using, these are Manz & Sims(1991), Kang(2003), Jaworski & Kohli(1993) and Narver & Slater(1990) and used them after examing validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected dates are Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Causual Effects Analysis. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal casual model. Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal casual model. Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal casual model.
