This research considered the managerial regulations of welfare work or welfare legislation for the people of gymnastics in order to offer more desirable developmental plans by analyzing the present welfare conditions.Of welfare factors of Korean corporate sports, as a result of analyzing the retirement of corporate sports' players, it was appeared that while they have much worried about their retirement, they have been very passive on preparing their retirement. It was proven that corporate sports' players alone have more worried about their retirement than any other thing, that the times of retirement was when they felt physical limits, and that the cause of retirement was the fall of exercise functions.Also, as a result of analyzing the degree of stress, if they were married man and older man, or had more careers of corporate team, they felt more psychical stress about their retirement.The following is developmental plans about retirement.First, it is required that education such as vocational training, language training for globalization, computer training should be in the vanguard through the organization of athlete's deputy or athlete's conference and that in order to get the second occupation, systematic preparations should be made through a supporter's association.Second, it is imperative that the power of match should be enhanced and by spreading sports' interchange among foreign countries and that the march of foreign professional sphere should be schemed through manpower export and conversions into other events to activate corporate sports in a national standpoint.Third, after retirement, the connection with physical training for living is needed in order to create jobs.
