This study is aimed at investigating the effects of aerobic exercise of female college students on their lipoprotein metabolism and body fat percentage. Twelve female students were selected for this study and each 6 of them were alloted into the control group and experiment group. The experiment group underwent jogging for 12 weeks and its effects on the lipoprotein metabolism and body fat percentage were measured at the 4th, 8th and final week of the jogging program. The outcomes of the experiment could be summarized as follows:1. In terms of T-C after jogging, decrease was found out in the experiment group with no statistical significance.2. As for HDL-C due to jogging, the experiment group showed increase with statistical significance(p<.05).3. In case of LDL-C following jogging, there was decrease in the experiment group after the exercise with statistical significance(p<.05).4. With regard to T-G after jogging, decrease were confirmed in the experiment group after the exercise, with little statistical significance.5. In body fat, there was decrease in the experiment group after the exercise but with no statistical significance.As a results of these HDL-C and LDL-C which are used for an index of prevention again st an adult disease we need strength of exercise by 50-70%HRmax and training period more than 12weeks.
