The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of circuit weight training on the muscular strength, power and muscular endurance.The subjects for the study were 25 aquatic sports athletes, for 12 weeks by circuit weight training of physical fitness such as grip strength, back strength, vertical jump, standing long jump, sit-ups and push-ups test.The statistical techniques utilized in this study was paired t-test, ANOVA and significance level is .05.The findings of this study were as follows;1. Changes of muscular strength1) Grip strength was significantly increased in all of three groups and rowing group was significantly higher than the other two groups before and after training.2) Back strength was significantly increased in all of three groups, but there was not significant differences between groups before and after training.2. Changes of power1) Vertical jump was significantly increased in all of three groups and rowing group was significantly higher than the other two groups before and after training.2) Standing long jump was significantly increased in all of three groups, but there was not significant differences between groups before and after training.3. Changes of muscular endurance1) Sit-ups was significantly increased in all of three groups, but there was not significant differences between groups before and after training.2) Push-ups was significantly increased in all of three groups rowing group was significantly higher than the other two groups before training, but there was not significant differences between groups after training.
