This study was to investigate factors and variables that affect users' satisfaction with community park leisure facilities in Busan. For this study, the data were collected by self- administerd questionnaires from 650 residents selected by the multi-stated cluster random sampling method. The analysis of the data were taken two steps. The first method involved exploratory factor analysis to identify major factors involved in satisfaction with leisure facilities in the community park. The factor analysis revealed three factors, such as resource variable, open space variable, and management variable. Second step tested the causal model of LISREL. This analysis showed relaxation facility and physical activity facility were identified to give significant effects on overall satisfaction with availability of the facility in the community park.
