The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between leadership behavior of Badminton coaches and member's satisfaction. More specifically, this study aimed to find the leadership behavior in accordance with the player's levels, to find the leadership behavior in accordance with the performance level of teams, and to examine the relative effects of the leadership behavior on the member's satisfaction. In order to achieve the forementioned purposes, the relevant data were gathered from 158 male and female Badminton players who were enrolled in the high school and college levels. The statistical techniques used for the analysis of this study were t-test, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows: Fist, there was statistically significant differences in the leadership behavior in accordance with the school level of players. Second, there was statistically significant differences in the leadership behavior in accordance with the performance level of players. Third, the leadership behavior of coaches was affective on the member's satisfaction.
