This study aims to explore how the reference group influence satisfaction of sports products. Reference group classified three factor. They are Informational Influence, Utilitarian Influence, Value-expressive Influence. The data sample collected 209, but it was used 201 samples for this research. For this study, SPSS 12.0 for windows statistic package were used to analyzing collected samples. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regressions were used for a hypothesis and verification of researching method. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were used to verifying confidence and propriety of researching tools, frequency analysis was used to analyze demographic variables. Regression analysis were to test hypothesis. In this study, it was researched that how the reference group influence satisfaction of sports products that was satisfied by classifying effect of reference group. In conclusion, this study were studied about analyzing the cause of factors, which influence satisfaction of sports products. Thus, it was helpful that provided data from this study as for development of marketing strategy which for selling sports products.
