To know whether the drop technique has relation with game performance in a squash game, as the writer analyzed the games of 56 PSA players and Asian excellent players, the writer obtained the following conclusions. 1. In regard with the results of technical factors, all the other factors except drive and nick shot showed the significant effect on win and lose. 2. Both the winners and losers used drive and nick shot at a similar level. 3. It was shown that the losers(m=2.179) used volley drive more frequently than winners(m=1.036). (F=7.65, p<.0.1) 4. It was shown that the losers(m=1.679) used boast more frequently than winners(m=0.179). (F=31.375, p<.01) 5. In case of drop(F=9.974, p<.01) and volley drop(F=4.201, p<.05), it was shown that the winners(m=9.357, m=5.750) in the game had the higher frequency ratio than the losers(m=6.071, m=4.071). When we saw the above study results, the winners used drop-like techniques much in the game, and the losers used boast and volley drive techniques much.
