This study was conducted to assist in efficient management and operation of Taekwondo Do-Jang by examining the influence of three competing elements of leadership practiced by Taekwondo Do-Jang owners on the trainers' job satisfaction. A total of 565 Taekwondo trainers nationwide participated in the study. The current study referred to former studies to select an instrument to measure reliability and validity, but the instrument content was modified and complemented to some extent to suit the study. For statistical analysis, correlation and multiple regression were employed. The findings are as follows: First, correlations were found between the three elements of competing leadership of Tawkwondo Do-Jang owners and trainers' job satisfaction. Second, the satisfaction level of trainers increased when Tawkwondo Do-Jang owners made endeavors to develop creative training methods and programs and apply them in an efficient and reasonable manner. Third, the satisfaction level of trainers increased when the owners paid attention to individual trainers and treated them with respect and consideration.
