To examine how walking exercise affects body constitution and blood lipid of overweight middle-aged women, it has been measured and analyzed from the test results of after ten days of exercise and before it. The test has been processed in the following fields: body weight, the amount and percentage of body fat and the rate of lean body mass for body constitution, and TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C for blood lipid. Its results are following: 1. Based on the data, weight has been statistically lost from 68.01+4.60kg before exercise to 66.23 +5.43kg after exercise (p<0.001). 2. Based on the data, the body fat percentage has been statistically decreased from 38.76+2.61% before exercise to 35.81+1.45% after exercise (p<0.01). 3. Based on the data, the body fat amount has been statistically decreased from 29.5+1.99kg before exercise to 26.7+2.82kg after exercise (p<0.01). 4. Based on the data, the weight of lean body mass has been increased from 42.2+1.87kg before exercise to 50.1+2.07kg after exercise, but there is no considerable difference. 5. Based on the data, TC has been statistically decreased from 197.85+2.60mg/dl before exercise to 164.78+3.43 mg/dl after exercise (p<0.05). 6. Based on the data, TG has been statistically decreased from 135.8+31.61mg/dl before exercise to 112.7+32.45mg/dl after exercise (p<0.05). 7. Based on the data, HDL-C has been increased from 45.2+1.99mg/dl before exercise to 46.0+1.82mg/dl after exercise, but there is no considerable difference. 8. Based on the data, LDL-C has been statistically decreased from 131.21+1.87mg/dl before exercise to 118.34+2.07mg/dl after exercise (p<0.01).
