The purpose of this study was to analysis the relationship between leader trust and instructing satisfaction according to leadership style of SCUBA diving instructors. To achieve the purpose of the study, 226 SCUBA diver were selected as subjects. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires that was used by Kim(2000), Lee(2002) and Kwon(1996). The statistics selected in this study were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Standard Multiple Regression Analysis.As a result of the analyses of collected data, the following conclsions were obtained:Firstly, there was a significant difference in leader trust and instructing satisfaction of SCUBA diving instructors by socio-demographic variables. Secondly, leadership style of SCUBA diving influence on leader trust. Third, leadership style of SCUBA diving influence on instructing satisfaction.
