The direction for improvement of development and management of optimal sports facilities participant sports consumers want should be pursued by integrating facility development and program, employee education, operations management, pricing and the like through dependable market research. As a result, the following findings were obtained: First, accessibility was relatively most importantly taken into consideration in the concept of optimal service quality, and it was found that more importance was attached to the convenience of using the parking facility in a detailed sense. And more importance was attached to interest in and consideration of participants in the program, and more importance was attached to the sports facility of comfortable and modern appearance. Second, more importance was relatively attached to the reliability of the program in the concept of optimal service quality, and more importance was attached to security in relation to operational management. And it was found that more importance was attached to convenience in terms of facilities, speciality in terms of employee and the convenience of using the parking facility in terms of accessibility.
