The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of organizational justices on organizational effectiveness and customer orientation in Family restaurants. The sample was obtained during the two month periods from August 16th 2005 to October 15th 2005 and, out of 300 copies of the questionnaire, 288 copies responded with sincerity were made an object of the analysis. The results of the study were as follows. Firstly, both procedural and distributive justice had an impact on leaving intention and organizational commitment among organizational effectiveness. Secondly, higher level of distributive justice resulted in higher job satisfaction, while procedural justice had no influence on job satisfaction. Thirdly, organizational effectiveness had an effect on customer orientation. Finally, distributive justice had influence on the customer orientation but procedural justice did not affect customer orientation.
