Selective assembly is a method to find out appropriate matching pairs to be assembled to enhance the quality of the product. Most of current research suggested some method which assumed all of the components are available to assemble. However, some cases of selected components were not able to assemble cause by missing the target of the tolerance. In addition, most of current works considered only one performance characteristic for product assembly. This study proposes an algorithm to select and match the components with assembly tolerance and two performance characteristics.
