This paper was concerned about applying the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for determining a factory site. The location of factory is very important not only for production site but also because it produce the profit and reputation as well. However, the selection of transferred factory location is difficult in that the decision making process should include the environments of transferred company and real situation etc. We surveyed the CEO of the transferred enterprise and interviewed the various industry experts. As a result of this paper, the selection of factory chosen by AHP is proven to make decision the complicated environments and has dealt with transference factor in removal enterprise.
