As the art museums in contemporary society are perceived as a exhibition space for artworks, rather than a storage space, the role of art museums is expanding. Depending on the composition of the walls of an exhibition space, both the physical measurements and the qualitative aspect of the space can be affected, In this study, 10 art museums are investigated by comparing the physical quantities of exhibition halls and by comparing the width-to-length ratios of various exhibition spaces. In addition, the exhibition spaces are compared in terms of visual continuity.
