Objectives: To investigate the accident rate of motorcycle riding and causing to the oral and facial injury. Method: The method of questionnaire for motorcycle riders who visited the traffic insurance company, in order to emphasize the use of mouth-piece or mouth-guard for motorcycle drivers. Results: Most of motorcycle riders was not use for mouth-piece or mouth-guard on driving even though it has been increased the accident rate in recent years. Conclusion: It should be developed a proper type of mouth-piece or mouth-guard in order to prevent oral injury and protect oral and facial tissue by the trauma from the motorcycle accident.
