This study explored the current status on job creation of social enterprise and social venture and search to valid job category to elderly generation. Elderly family have economically weak point due to unexpected labor income. Social enterprise have dual factor(publicity on social service to the vulnerable members and profitability to economic activity).
Social enterprise to elderly generation are fitting to market oriented category to elderly job project by labor ministries. This market oriented category characterized to long term experience and knowledge based labor of elderly generation. This study suggested the necessity of social venture entrepreneur. This concept based on venture company which is publicity, regional based and sales and profit.
