The human resources which are the main sources in the corporate properties of a venture business are the important factors for the success of an enterprise, but the concern and study of them is insufficient in spite of the necessity thereon. In this research we suggested the following to get over the inherent marginal factors of the venture business and perform the management and development of the manpower of the venture business. As the human resources management of an individual venture business is not likely to be done through the inherent factors of the size and environment of the enterprise, we suggested the objectivation the human resources of the business to enhance the individual management and capacity development.
We attempted to build the supporting team to take place of the personnel management team of the venture business taking charge of general office, concentrate on the core competency of the business, bring about the maximum effect with the minimum human resources, pursuing home and abroad interchanges and the communication among the venture manpower through International Venture Workforce Center and pursue the liberal development with the development of capacity.
