This paper proposes a supply chain collaboration system for a 2-stage semiconductor production line, which consists of FAB stage and EDS stage, where each of FAB stage and EDS stage consists of a single production line. Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment (CPFR) model, which is originally designed for the collaboration between manufacturers and distributors, is analyzed to propose Collaborative Semiconductor Manufacturing (CSM) model as a collaboration model for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. The CSM model proposed in this paper comprises CSM process model, CSM data model, and CSM control mechanism. CSM process model involves 8 steps, which have own objects and the corresponding products, and is represented by Event-Driven Process Chain. And, CSM data model is developed based on data generated by each step of CSM process model. Then, CSM process model and data model is applied to build a supply chain collaboration system (SCCS), which consists of Order Generation Module (OGM), Order-Lot Pegging Module (OLPM), FAB-EDS Simulation Module (FESM), and Order Delay Resolution Module (ODRM). Subsequently, CSM control mechanism is developed for collaboration among; 1) SCCS modules, 2) SCCS modules and Supply Chain Planner, and 3) SCCS modules and the existing systems, such as Manufacturing Execution System, scheduling system and etc.
