The purpose of this study was to develop integrated intervention for neglected child in family. The child of this study was grown up in the state of neglect. She wasn't adapted to the school, ran away from home. This study tried to conceptualize and to apply youth companion program for neglected child. The results of this study were as follows: School adjustment of child was improved through the integrated intervention that was linked with family-school-community. Specialists who support at-risk children should intervene and cooperate with their environments such as family, school and community.
