In this study, a model with all-unit-discount freight cost format is suggested for single-vendor single-buyer integrated production-inventory problem when cargo capacity is constrained. With the cost function formulated,several properties of the model are derived and analyzed. An efficient algorithm to find solutions is suggested using properties derived. Numerical experiment is conducted to illustrate the proposed solution procedures and show the cost-effectiveness of the proposed model compared to existing ones.
