The objective of this study were to analyze the determinant factors in new technology acceptance targeted for the participation farmer who does some degree recognition of innovative technologies through New Technology Demonstration Projects of Agricultural Extension Service. The present research develops and tests a theoretical extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that explains perceived usefulness and usage intentions in terms of Adopters characteristics and Innovations characteristics. The structural equation model using AMOS was performed to test hypotheses. Firstly, analyzed determinant factors of technology usage intention classify by 'Growth intention type', 'Leadership farmhouse type' and 'Self-sufficiency type' according to individual of farmhouse and farming characteristic. Secondly, 'Growth intention type' farmhouse appeared by important factor in Technology Usage Intention by Usefulness (0.581), Technology Education (0.266), Innovativeness (0.208) and Technology Support (0.202). In contrast, 'Leadership farmhouse type' farmhouse appeared by important factor in Technology Usage Intention by Innovativeness(0.411), Reliability (0.311), Usefulness(0.265) and Technology Education(0.122).
