1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find research trends in real estate field by analyzing the papers published in journal of the「Korea Real Estate Academy」.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD This study used a statistical research methods for previous studies's historical framework, records. They were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program.
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS The major outcome of this study is the analysis result of the research background and objectives, research methods and data collection methods, a number of researcher and funding and support organization.
2. RESULTS As a result of the research, The major research were real estate policy, legal framework, the real estate market analysis, real estate development.
In addition, Survey method were mainly used and descriptive research purposes were important. The researchers were mostly part of the University.
