연구 계획: 증례 보고목적: 풍선 후만 성형술 중 발생한 폐 및 신장의 동시 색전에 대한 증례 보고 및 문헌 고찰. 선행문헌의 요약: 풍선 후만 성형술 중 발생한 폐 및 신장의 색전은 드물게 발생하나 치명적일 수 있음. 대상 및 방법: 84세 여자 환자로 골다공증성 척추 압박 골절에 대하여 풍선 후만 성형술을 시행하였고, 시술 후 폐 및 신장의 색전 발견되어 이에대하여 보존적 치료를 시행함. 결과: 보존적 치료 후 추시 중 색전에 의한 증상은 관찰되지 않음. 결론: 저자들은 풍선 후만 성형술 중 발생한 폐와 신장의 동시 색전 환자를 경험하였다. 매우 드물기는 하지만 심각한 합병증을 유발할 수도 있는증례에 대해 보존적 치료를 시행하였고 환자는 후유증 없이 치료되었다.
